Started in a kitchen. Crowned by a jar.
Pickled Princess Co. began with one simple belief: pickling shouldn't be an afterthought. It should be bold, a little dramatic, and worth getting excited about.
From family recipes to fiery jars
It started as a hobby — pickling vegetables in the kitchen with my grandmother and my dad. My grandmother's habanero brine was always the key to it all, the one recipe that turned ordinary veggies into something people couldn't stop eating. That brine became our Royal Habanero Brine, the master brine we still use to this day.
Every jar we make starts with that same master brine, then gets its own royal twist — extra garlic, a little turmeric, a splash of honey, whatever the vegetable calls for. And we cover the whole garden — carrots, cauliflower, green beans, onions, okra, brussels sprouts, and whatever's in season all get brined in it, one batch at a time, just like grandma taught us.
What we stand for
- Small batch, always. We'd rather make it right than make it fast.
- Every vegetable gets its turn. Cauliflower, green beans, carrots, onions, okra, brussels sprouts — not just one flavor.
- Bold flavor, no apologies. If it doesn't make you say "whoa," we don't jar it.
- Every jar is treated like royalty. Packed with care, shipped with pride.
